Almost any occasion. Our vans are a regular fixture at weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, school events, funfairs and large festivals.

Yes. Birthday parties, children's parties, garden parties and anniversaries are some of our favourite bookings. The van can stand on a drive, a quiet road or a venue car park, and because nothing is running while we serve, it can park close to the house without fumes or noise for the neighbours.

Yes, and weddings are where serving on batteries matters most. With no engine running, the van can sit near the drinks reception or the marquee without any drone under the speeches. We work to your running order, so the van opens when your guests are ready.

As early as you can. Summer weekends, festival dates and wedding season fill up quickly. That said, we will always try to accommodate last-minute bookings where we have availability.

Yes. We carry full public liability insurance, hold a 5-star food hygiene rating and are fully registered to trade. We can supply risk assessments, COSHH documentation and our health and safety policy on request, everything an event organiser or local authority needs to sign us off.

Our vans drive on diesel, but they are fully electric and zero emissions while serving, running entirely on battery power. Once we are parked, the engine goes off and the soft-serve machine, freezers, chillers and lights all run on lithium batteries through an inverter, rather than the idling engine or generator most ice cream vans rely on to keep the freezers cold. That means no exhaust fumes and no engine or generator noise at the van for the whole time we are serving, and no mains power is needed. Our vans are also ULEZ compliant.

In practice it is why we get booked for wedding speeches and school playgrounds. With nothing running while we serve, some indoor and covered venues can accept the van, subject to their own access and safety rules.
